Asia: Surf, Culture and Authenticity
Siargao with Kaya

Japan is still underrated as a nomad hub — and Colive Fukuoka proves why that’s a mistake.
It’s an authentic community pop-up that blends local culture with deep connections and great food. This is coliving done right: real conversations, real friends, and real ramen (so much ramen!!!) that’ll ruin you for any other bowl.
It was one of my favourite events of 2024.
Latin America: Beach Vibes and Brazilian Beats

Próspera Experience, Roatán
Where: Roatán, Honduras (Próspera Special Economic Zone)
This is the wildcard for the adventurous. Próspera is an experiment in the future of borderless living — a charter city testing new ideas in governance, crypto, and remote work. Their Experience brings together early believers for co-living, deep dives on the future of community, and plenty of island time. If you’re curious about what comes after visas and borders, this is worth your time.
